As the new year gets closer, I’ve been thinking a lot about what I actually want 2026 to feel like. Not in a big dramatic resolution kind of way, but in a real, day-to-day way. And honestly, I feel excited. Calm excited, not rushed excited.
One thing I’ve really come to appreciate is using digital card decks. They’re simple, they’re easy, and they give me something clear to focus on for the day. I’ll pull a card and think, “Okay, this is where my attention goes today.” No overthinking. Just a gentle anchor when my brain wants to do what brains do and go everywhere at once.

I’m also continuing to train at higher levels of EFT, including specialty areas. This matters to me more than I can probably explain. Learning keeps me engaged, curious, and grounded. And yes, it helps me help others, but it also helps me. I don’t believe learning ever stops, or at least it shouldn’t.
When we stop learning, we stop giving the brain what it needs. The brain wants stimulation, new ideas, new connections. Without that, things feel flat. Reading, learning new skills, moving our bodies, even small mental challenges, all of it keeps those brain synapses firing the way they’re meant to.
So as I look toward 2026, my focus is pretty simple. Keep learning. Keep using tools that support clarity. Stay mentally and physically active in ways that actually feel good and sustainable. That feels like a solid, honest way to step into a new year.
